Guardian Angel People

Guardian Angel People began in 2002. It focussed on providing managers for small businesses that the owner had to leave due to sickness or taking holidays. Small business owners are notoriously difficult to pass on the reins of control to outsiders so very few business owners wanted a locum manager. 

 

Meanwhile, the business got flooded with unemployed managers and then the question emerged: "Who Can I Trust?"  The answer came back after 5 years of PhD research: Only the Respectful Manager can be trusted. About 15-20% of managers.

 

Because almost all of the unemployed managers were exhibiting negative emotions, Dr Sheridan used her own model of offsetting negative behaviours with positive ones. And achieved a 91% success rate. This was set in a 5 day training course of how to find a job in a saturated market.

So this is why Guardian Angel People has a multi-faceted role to play with managers of small to medium sized businesses. They can use the Vapourise Technique for reviewing present workforce, to screen new candidates, and for the small business owner themselves so that they can effectively manage their company. Unbeknownst to thee small business owner there is a particular type of fraudster who will target up and coming businesses.
